SSA Global Technologies acquires Provia Software

CHICAGO—SSA Global Technologies, Inc, a provider of extended enterprise solutions and services, acquired Provia Software, Inc., a provider of order-to-delivery supply chain execution (SCE) solutions.
The acquisition brings SSA Global and its customers an integrated web services offering with warehouse management, order management, analytics, transportation management, and RFID capabilities. SSA Global’s existing supply chain management offerings target larger, high volume distribution fulfillment customers—by adding Provia they now offer demand driven solutions for any size company’s supply chain.
