ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions and associated products, has acquired 4Front Engineered Solutions.

ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions and associated products, has acquired 4Front Engineered Solutions.

4Front, headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico and India, has annual revenues exceeding $165 million and employs over 750 people.

4Front offers warehousing, manufacturing and distribution center customers the broadest loading dock and door product line in the material handling industry. The company markets its products under the industry leading names, Kelley, Serco, TKO Dock Doors, APS Resource, and 4SIGHT, and supports customers through a network of more than 225 distributor locations worldwide.
